Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS) congratulates its swimmers from the IIS Satellite Center in Odisha for their extraordinary performances at the prestigious KZN Premier Provincial Championships 2024 held in Pretoria, South Africa. Demonstrating exceptional talent and determination, the swimmers won 32 medals for individual events- 10 Gold, 7 Silver and 15 Bronze medals.

The Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS), Vijayanagar, in Karnataka, on Monday, was officially recognized by the International Judo Federation as a High- Performance Judo Centre. The recognition comes on the back of IIS’ excellent work in creating Elite level Judokas through their systematic scouting and high-performance programme.

Georgian judo legend Lasha Shavdatuashvili, on Monday, arrived at the IIS Vijayanagar for a five-day judo masterclass for athletes and coaches. The three-time Olympic medal-winning judoka and one of the most successful athletes in the sport’s history, arrived to the IIS Headquarters in Bellary, Karnataka, to spearhead the masterclass that will play a big role in taking judo in India to the next level.
